During the second quarter of 2025, the performance of popular tabletop board games on the Android platform in Russia showed varied trends in downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Sea battle 2: Warship Online saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, peaking at around 23.8K in mid-June. The app's weekly active users increased steadily, reaching approximately 164.5K in the same period.

For Chess, downloads spiked to about 29.8K in the third week of June, while active users experienced a decline from 376.9K at the beginning of April to 208.8K by the end of the quarter.

Chess - Play and Learn maintained stable weekly downloads, with a notable rise to 22.7K in late June. The app's active users saw a slight downward trend, ending the quarter at around 612.4K.

Checkers experienced variability in downloads, peaking at 20.7K at the end of March and again at 19.8K in late June. Active users began at 136.9K and ended the quarter at a similar level, despite mid-quarter fluctuations.

Lastly, Backgammon - Narde showed consistent weekly downloads, with a high of 16.4K by the quarter's end. Active users remained robust, peaking at 516.3K mid-June.
